We only collect what we need to quote for the job and get a technician to you.

• Details you give us: your name, phone number, the address or location where you need help, and a description of the problem.
• Details we create while working: notes on the job, the price we quoted, the work carried out, and photos of the finished work where we take them.
• Messages: the text messages and call records between us while your job is open.

The callback form on this website does not store anything on its own. When you press "Request a callback", it opens a text message on your phone with the details you typed already written in it, and you decide whether to send it. We only ever see what you choose to send us.

This website does not place advertising cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you across other websites. If we ever add analytics, online booking or a payment page, we will update this policy before those tools go live.

• To give you a price and an arrival estimate.
• To dispatch a technician to the right address.
• To complete the job, confirm payment and issue an invoice for business work.
• To honour a callback or a fix if something we fitted stops working.
• To keep records where we need them for accounting or a dispute.

We never sell your details and we never rent them. They are shared only with the technician dispatched to you, with a payment provider if you pay by card, and with authorities if we are lawfully required to. We will never pass your details to a marketing list.

We keep job records only as long as needed for warranty work, accounting and disputes. Ask us to remove your details and we will, except for the minimum receipt we are required to keep for our books.

You can ask us at any time to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us not to text you, and we will call instead or stop contacting you altogether. To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm your name and phone number before we answer a request.

We hold only the details a job needs and keep access to them limited. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please do not send us card numbers, passwords or anything you would not want kept on a job record.

This website is meant for adults booking locksmith work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. The version on this page is the one that applies to current enquiries.
